Practice Plus Group is the largest independent elective surgery partner to the NHS. Southampton is one of the busiest and most diverse hospitals, supporting a broad range of specialties and services.

As a substantive Anaesthetist, the Lead will be responsible for managing anaesthetic resources across the hospital. This post reports to the Hospital Medical Director. The Lead Anaesthetist will also contribute to service and quality improvements.
