• Ensure all works meet local needs and public safety.
• Manage, supervise, and mentor the site team.
• Promote cost-effective management of resources.
• Prepare and update realistic scheme programmes.
• Ensure timely risk assessments and method statements.
• Provide records for Health and Safety compliance.
