Job summary

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Construction Manager / Package Manager to lead the delivery of multiple ancillary buildings on a flagship project in the South West England.

You will drive delivery from construction through commissioning and handover, coordinating with Project Managers to align programmes and interfaces while overseeing subcontractors and site teams to ensure safety, schedule and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Experience delivering ancillary buildings such as administration buildings, welfare facilities, gatehouses, workshops, warehouses, offices or similar infrastructure.
• Main contractor experience delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of multiple ancillary buildings from construction through to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinating programmes, interfaces and package delivery across the wider project with Project Managers.
• Managing subcontractors, site teams and trades to deliver safely, on programme and to high quality standards.
• Coordinating interfaces with civils, structural, architectural and MEP teams.
