You will oversee from construction through commissioning, coordinating with Project Managers and interfacing with civils, structural, architectural and MEP teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as Construction Manager/Package Manager on large-scale projects.
• Experience delivering ancillary buildings (administration, welfare, gatehouses, workshops, warehouses, offices).
• Main contractor background on complex builds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple ancillary buildings from construction through commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate programmes and package delivery with project managers and interfaces.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams to meet safety, schedule and quality targets.
• Interface with civils, structural, architectural and MEP teams.
