Qualifications

• Experience as a Cook and a relevant training certificate or City & Guilds qualification are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Kitchen: Oversee daily operations of busy cafés in eight environments.
• Get Creative: Bring fresh ideas and bake cakes and biscuits for customers.
• Plan Menus: Collaborate to create healthy, diverse meal options.
• High Volume, High Quality: Deliver meals in peak times while keeping budget in mind.
