TRS Staffing has a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Commissioning Engineer (onshore).

The role involves overseeing commissioning activities from PC, ensuring all commissioning is completed on schedule.

The Role

1. Engage with stakeholders in regular joint commissioning meetings.
2. Coordinate with the ESO when requiring EON/ION.
3. Work with the completions department to ensure the correct flow from construction to commissioning.
4. Apply commissioning protection settings to the circuit during the commissioning phase and restore afterwards.
5. Fault find on protection circuits, including relay interrogation.
6. Create commissioning switching programs/schedules to ensure all aspects of commissioning are captured.
7. Provide weekly reports to management.

Your Profile

1. Proven experience as a Lead Commissioning Engineer.
2. Experience working within transmission substations.
3. Previous experience dealing with NG ESO / NGET.
4. NG Persons authorization would be beneficial.
5. Ability to lead a team through the commissioning phase of the project.
