Qualifications
- 8+ years' PQE in commercial contracts and technology or SaaS.
- Experience leading a team of lawyers or professionals.
- Strong track record in customer-facing SaaS contracting and vendor agreements.
Responsabilités
- Lead commercial and procurement contracting - customer SaaS and vendor agreements.
- Manage a team of three, setting priorities and developing technical/commercial judgment.
- Own the commercial strategy and legal position across Germany, the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands and Spain.
- Lead complex negotiations with largest customer deals and key vendors.
- Build and maintain contract playbooks, templates and precedent language.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and procurement teams as a trusted adviser.
- Champion AI tooling for contract review, drafting and workflow.
- Brief the General Counsel with prioritized updates on the contracts book.
