Frontier Developments plc in Cambridge (UK) is seeking a Lead Game Designer to join the Design team in a key leadership role, driving the game vision for our CMS titles and translating it into high-quality experiences.

You will lead the design on a project, provide line management and mentorship to the design team, work with the Game Director to deliver the game's vision, manage risks, and collaborate with other disciplines to align development.

Competenze

• Experience leading a game design team on a major project.
• Line management and mentorship experience.
• Strong knowledge of CMS (Creative Management Simulation) games.
• Proven game design experience at senior/lead/principal level.

Mansioni

• Lead the design team on an entire project and own design for major feature areas.
• Provide line management to designers, including performance management and career development.
• Work with the Game Director to ensure delivery of the game's vision.
• Manage project risks and blockers and drive quality through playtests and QA.
