Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and advanced applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced proficiency in one or more front-end frameworks, including React/Angular.
• Advanced proficiency in one or more backend programming languages, including Python or Java.
• Proficiency in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
• Practical cloud-native development experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools and secure AI usage guidance.
• Understanding of responsible AI use and data sensitivity considerations.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions and develops production code with quality review.
• Drives enterprise-approved AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and delivery speed.
• Applies SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation value.
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation and improve stability.
• Leads evaluation sessions with internal/external teams on architecture and applicability.
