Lead Cloud Network Engineer - up to 95k+ Benefits

London offices with Hybrid working options.

A Lead Cloud Network Engineer opportunity for a business whose software products include AI and Automation software used by globally recognised companies. The Lead Cloud Network Engineer will support these global customers at a senior level and take a lead on high profile projects, so previous experience in a similar role is essential.

The Cloud Network Engineer will play a key role in the automation of their AWS infrastructure with a focus on scalability and security. Candidates from a Cisco Network background who have transitioned into Cloud network automation are preferred.

The company offer 3 days WFH per week, 2 days in their central London offices.

Core responsibilities

• Automation of AWS infrastructure
• Communicate effectively with team members and external customers globally
• Troubleshoot and test Cloud based network devices
• Implement Cloud service integrations, Data flows, AWS, Cloud VPN

Key requirements

• 5 years+ in Cloud based network environments
• Commercial experience with Infrastructure as Code / IaC: Terraform, Spacelift, Ansible or similar
• Comfortable coding with Python
• CI/CD, Github or similar
• Amazon Cloud watch is highly desirable
