Job Title/Req Number: Lead Cloud Engineer, KPMG Curve - Manager

Base Location: Leeds (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

Security Clearance: Applicants must hold or be capable of obtaining UK National Security Vetting, which may include residency in the UK for the past 5 years and UK or dual UK nationality. Applications from those unable to meet these requirements will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Automate processes and promote automation within your team.
• Serve as a role model, mentor, and advocate for agile principles.
• Collaborate with product managers to analyze and translate business requirements.
• Take technical ownership of solutions.

Requirements:

• UK National Security Vetting or the ability to obtain it.
• Extensive experience designing and building infrastructure in Azure with a DevOps mindset.
• Experience with distributed systems and secure cloud scaling.
• Proficiency with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Stakeholder and client management skills, with effective communication.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI).

Preferred Skills / Extras:

• Building infrastructure testing in pipelines.
• Knowledge of database systems.
• Contribution to open-source projects.
• Test automation frameworks and pipeline automation.
