Help shape the future of finance at a global crypto exchange that has surpassed over $1 trillion in trading volume.

We are seeking a Technical Lead with experience in designing and managing cloud infrastructure, ideally within trading or investment environments where systems must operate at high speed, scale under pressure, and maintain security amidst constant change.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Designing, deploying, and managing scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure on GCP and AWS.
2. Automating cloud operations and infrastructure as code using Terraform and Terragrunt.
3. Optimising cost, performance, and security across our globally regulated platform.
4. Leading and mentoring a team of engineers, with the potential to grow the team to 7-8 members within 12 months.
5. Engaging with senior stakeholders and leading technical discussions.

This is a hands-on role based in Central London (3 days per week) with a salary of up to £140k plus bonus. The London team is lean (~50 users), and you will play a key role in shaping the platform's future.
