Looking to shape something from the ground up – and actually have time to enjoy life while doing it?

We’re hiring a Lead Clinician (HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist) to help launch a brand-new, specialist education setting in Wiltshire, opening Summer 2025. This is your chance to lead with impact and help build an environment where neurodiverse students truly thrive.

Why this role is different:

  • Join a team from day one and help shape the clinical vision and culture
  • Work term-time only with clear boundaries and full-time pay
  • Be part of a mission-driven, trauma-informed setting that values psychology at its core

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and develop an on-site clinical team
  • Hold a therapy caseload supporting students with autism, SEMH & developmental trauma
  • Design tailored assessments and interventions
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to build a truly therapeutic educational experience
  • Deliver staff training and shape wellbeing strategy

What we’re looking for:

  • HCPC-registered Clinical or Educational Psychologist
  • 3+ years’ experience (including some team leadership)
  • Confident working with neurodivergent profiles
  • Skilled in assessment, EHCPs, and multi-agency settings
  • Full UK driving licence + access to vehicle

Even better if you have:

  • Experience in special education
  • A background in service design or clinical innovation

What’s in it for you?

  • Term-time only schedule (37.5 hrs/week)
  • Enhanced maternity/paternity & fertility support
  • Wellbeing programmes, life assurance, and pension
  • Vista Flexible Benefits: health cover, discounts & lifestyle perks
  • Cycle to Work & Electric Car Schemes
  • Certified Great Place to Work – 5 years running

This is more than a job — it’s a rare opportunity to lead, create, and grow something meaningful in a supportive environment that values both impact and balance.
