Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The role:

We seek a Lead Clinician - Practitioner Psychologist to oversee our Clinical Team at Bluebank School in Derbyshire. The post involves both clinical leadership and managing a therapy caseload. You will work with the school’s Senior Leadership Team and the Regional Clinical Lead to deliver bespoke assessments and interventions for students with complex needs related to autism, neurodivergence, trauma, and SEMH. You will also manage onsite clinical staff and lead service development in collaboration with the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.
