Location: Hillingdon Manor School – Middlesex UB8 3HD
Contract: Permanent, Term time only (there may be scope for this to be a full time contract (52 weeks). If this is your preference, please get in touch)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE FTE plus £5000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £2,500 after one month and another of £2,500 upon completion of probation. T&C's apply)
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
About the role

We are seeking a Lead Clinician to manage our Clinical Team at Hillingdon Manor School. The role involves clinical leadership and holding a therapy caseload, working with students with complex needs due to autism, neurodivergence, trauma, and SEMH. Responsibilities include line management of the clinical team, service development, delivering assessment and intervention, staff training, and consultation. The role requires a resilient individual with a therapeutic approach, decision-making skills, and workload management capabilities. The postholder will support service policies and contribute to the wellbeing and clinical strategies to meet pupils’ needs in line with EHCPs.

Our Clinical Team fosters a nurturing environment prioritizing safeguarding and student involvement. We aim to empower vulnerable individuals and build futures, aligning with our vision.

  • Masters or doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychology, or a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy
