University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust (UHNM) is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Matron/Delivery Manager to lead and grow our research portfolio. You will direct a high-performing team, collaborate with national and regional stakeholders, and ensure studies improve patient outcomes within NHS specialties.

As part of UHNM’s Research & Innovation Directorate, you will shape strategic delivery, manage complex clinical studies, and drive the organisation toward ambitious research

Formación

• Current Clinical Registration.
• Accredited GCP Certificate.
• Health related degree.
• Evidence of Masters Level or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of professional development/ management or leadership qualification or extensive experience.
• Educated to postgraduate level in research methods or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire our research delivery team, ensuring effective and innovative management of research that directly benefits patient care.
• Ensure UHNM Research Delivery consistently meets and exceeds national targets.
• Forge strong partnerships with national and regional stakeholders to drive research that delivers real-world outcomes.
• Oversee clinical research across a wide range of NHS specialties, ensuring studies are impactful and at the forefront of healthcare advancements.
• Work closely with UHNM colleagues to manage and deliver high-quality research studies that improve patient treatment and care pathways.
• Play a crucial role in shaping UHNM’s strategic vision, ensuring that research delivery aligns with our goal to improve patient outcomes through research.
