Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic clinical psychologist/neuropsychologist to join the HyperAcute Rehabilitation in-reach team at the John Radcliffe Hospital. You will provide highly specialist assessments and evidence-based interventions for complex rehabilitation needs and participate in a 12-month proof-of-concept service development.

The post is initially 1 day per week on a fixed-term 12-month contract, involving teaching, research and consultancy

Qualifications

Forward thinking, motivated and experienced clinical psychologist with proven leadership and clinical skills.
Evidence-based psychological interventions for complex rehabilitation needs.
Participation in proof-of-concept service development and evaluation.
Teaching and training alongside research within a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Provide highly specialist assessments and evidence-based psychological interventions.
Offer consultancy services for individuals with complex rehabilitation needs (brain injury/neurological conditions).
Contribute to teaching, training, research and evaluation related to hyperacute rehabilitation.
Collaborate with rehabilitation colleagues and represent the team within the wider organisation.
