Job summary

Modality Partnership is recruiting a Lead Clinical Pharmacist for Lewisham Division. The postholder will be an Independent Prescriber, providing clinical leadership, supervising a pharmacy team, and delivering medicines optimisation across primary care practices.

The role requires strong leadership, teaching, and collaboration with governance and quality priorities. Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with flexible working and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years post-registration experience.
Experience in primary care and medicines optimisation.
Experience leading a pharmacy team and delivering service development.
Independent prescribing experience and governance/clinical audit involvement.

Responsibilities

Provide professional leadership and line management for the pharmacy team.
Deliver clinical services including structured medication reviews and patient-facing consultations.
Lead on medicines optimisation, governance, and quality improvement initiatives within the division.
