The Dundee general practice clinical pharmacy team is pivotal in providing exceptional clinical care to patients across Dundee.
By conducting and being accountable for comprehensive medication reviews, identifying potential adverse reactions, and collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, the general practice clinical pharmacy team plays a crucial role in mitigating medication-related risks. You will work at a senior level within the service and play an influential role in the patients care pathway whilst building upon proven clinical skills. The combination of responsibilities will significantly facilitate your growth in both the clinical and leadership aspect of this role.
You will have previous experience of working within the primary care environment and will have completed a post-graduate diploma in clinical pharmacy. Evidence of multi-disciplinary teamwork in a relevant clinical area and well-developed communication and leadership skills would be advantageous.
