1. Responsible for handling own caseload in accordance with Claims Handling Protocol.
2. Provide support for other members of the claims handling team & contribute to a positive team culture.
3. Investigate, quantify, and negotiate claims.

5. Maintain a good working knowledge of current technical & legal developments relevant to the work of the Claims Handling department.

Experience required:
