Job summary

Farrans (Construction) Limited seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead civil projects in the UK. You will manage the project team and supply chain to achieve cost, time and quality targets, while prioritising health and safety and reporting progress to senior management. You will build strong client relationships and drive continuous improvement with cross-disciplinary teams, upholding Farrans values.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree standard in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on large Civils projects.
• Excellent planning, coordination, communication, team management and programming skills.
• Knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme & Risk Management and cost reporting.
• CSCS/CSR card is desirable or required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project team and supply chain to deliver project to cost, time and quality standards.
• Proactively manage Health and Safety on site and drive safety improvements.
• Engage with the client to understand objectives and cascade them to the team.
• Maintain records on progress, Health and Safety, risks.
• Lead monthly improvement plan reviews with Bid and Pre-construction specialists.
