• Lead and direct change by developing a clear strategic direction and long-term planning of the district’s civil engineering activities.
• Accountable for leading the civil engineering team to safely deliver the district’s civil engineering programme and asset management.
• Champion innovation and contribute towards Forestry England’s objectives and the Five-Year Plan.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to support delivery of projects and professional development.
