Job summary

Aldwych Consulting in London seeks an Associate / Associate Director / Technical Director-level Civil Engineer to lead development infrastructure projects across residential, commercial, higher education and mixed-use sectors.

You will shape design, delivery and client relationships, with emphasis on drainage and estate roads, and expertise in Civil 3D and MicroDrainage. Chartered status with ICE or CIWEM preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior civil engineer with consultancy experience.
• Proven track record in development infrastructure design.
• Strong knowledge of drainage and estate roads.
• Chartered status with ICE or CIWEM preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and management of development infrastructure schemes.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across sectors (Residential, Commercial, HE, mixed-use).
