Job summary

DB RECRUITMENT is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in earthworks and civil engineering to join our expanding nationwide portfolio in the UK.

You will oversee projects from planning through mobilisation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with safety and quality standards.

The role requires regular travel across the UK and working away from home when required, with permanent, immediate-start opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering earthworks/civil engineering projects.
• Strong planning, budgeting and scheduling skills.
• Willing to travel nationwide across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of earthworks and civil engineering projects.
• Own project programmes, budgets and resources.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, health and safety standards are met.
• Monitor progress and costs.
