The Role:

1. Provide coaching and direction to drive continuous improvement.
2. Utilise Lean Tools (Daily Mgmt, Problem Solving, VSM, Standard Work, 5S, TPM, SMED, Kanban, PFEP, SIOP) to identify waste and embed sustained improvements.
3. Lead and mentor the workforce to embed a continuous improvement ethos.
4. Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, early Friday finish.
5. Hybrid working.

The Candidate:

1. CI or similar experience.
2. Experience in Manufacturing or Industrial businesses.
3. Based within commutable distance of Doncaster.
