Main duties of the job

The Role You will be an integral part of decision making by working closely with the Nuffield Health Group Lead Nurse and Hospital Senior Management Team and by building lasting and effective relationships with our Consultant partners. As Lead for the Children and Young Person's service Play a vital role in the child's journey through the hospital. Be a trusted guide and support to them as well as to their parents or guardians. You will also work within different specialist areas. Be accountable for the operational and clinical management of the CYP service Lead and manage a team of specialist nurses to deliver a bespoke service for our patients Promote innovation within the service to be responsive to service user needs.

Leicester Hospital Founded in 1969, Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital was originally built from funds raised by the local community and is now one of the leading providers of private healthcare in Leicestershire. The Hospital has been rated as a 'Good' hospital by the CQC and achieved this rating across the 5 key lines of enquiry across all departments inspected.
