Lead Children and Young Person's Nurse (CYP) Leicester Nuffield Hospital | Nursing | Permanent | Full time Salary - Dependent on experience 37.5 hours per week
The Role You will be an integral part of decision making by working closely with the Nuffield Health Group Lead Nurse and Hospital Senior Management Team and by building lasting and effective relationships with our Consultant partners. As Lead for the Children and Young Person's service Play a vital role in the child's journey through the hospital. Be a trusted guide and support to them as well as to their parents or guardians. Deliver high quality, clinically effective care as an essential part of our ward team. Work with a wide variety of cases which will broaden your skills. You will also work within different specialist areas. Be accountable for the operational and clinical management of the CYP service Lead and manage a team of specialist nurses to deliver a bespoke service for our patients Promote innovation within the service to be responsive to service user needs.
