Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Part-Time Chef De Rang for InterContinental Edinburgh The George. The role covers 32 hours per week across various shifts and is fixed-term to the end of the year.

You will own a section, guide junior teammates, and lead by example in delivering luxury guest service with high-quality food and beverages. You must be eligible to work in the UK; prior Chef De Rang or senior waiter experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef De Rang or senior waiter/waitress in a 4- or 5-star setting.
• Attention to detail to maintain InterContinental standards.
• Passion for delivering luxury guest experiences and personalised service.
