What you’ll be doing:

As the Lead Chef, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day kitchen operations at this popular café. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning, prepping and presenting high-quality dishes

Creating menus that reflect seasonal produce and customer preferences

Leading a small kitchen team and overseeing rotas
*

Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards

Managing stock, suppliers and kitchen budgets

Working closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth service
