Job summary

South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust in Warwick is seeking an experienced healthcare chaplain to lead our team and provide spiritual, pastoral and religious care to patients, relatives and staff across our three hospitals (Warwick, Stratford and Leamington Rehabilitation Hospital).

The Lead Chaplain will oversee multi-faith chaplaincy services, work with the Head of Patient Experience, Volunteering & Chaplaincy to plan and improve services, manage chaplains and volunteers, and

Qualifications

• Lead our team and provide spiritual, pastoral and religious care to patients, relatives and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-faith and belief Chaplaincy services across the Trust.
• Plan, manage and improve chaplaincy services with the Head of Patient Experience, Volunteering & Chaplaincy.
• Manage healthcare chaplains, honorary chaplains and chaplaincy volunteers.
• Ensure there is an on-call chaplaincy provision out of hours.
