As a Channel Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping our Facebook content strategy, ensuring our pages remain engaging, high-quality, and aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management & Publishing

  • Upload video and static content across Pubity Group’s Facebook pages.
  • Ensure all content is properly formatted and optimised for maximum engagement.
  • Maintain an organised content library and scheduling system to ensure a consistent posting schedule.

Content Planning & Scheduling

  • Plan and schedule posts to meet targeted publishing goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align content schedules with key trends, events, and campaigns.

Performance Tracking & Analysis

  • Monitor content performance metrics using Facebook’s analytics tools.
  • Identify patterns and trends in audience engagement to refine content strategy.
  • Implement data-driven insights to continuously improve engagement and reach.

Quality Control & Compliance

  • Ensure all content meets platform and company quality standards before publishing.
  • Ensure compliance with Facebook’s community guidelines and copyright policies.

Reporting & Strategic Insights

  • Provide regular reports on content performance, highlighting key insights and growth opportunities.
  • Present and Lead meetings, presenting key findings and data tracking.
  • Share recommendations with the team to enhance overall content strategy and engagement.

Trend Analysis & Industry Awareness

  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
  • Identify emerging content opportunities to maintain Pubity Group’s leadership in digital publishing.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with social editors, video editors, and the Social Video Manager to ensure high-performing content is prioritised.
  • Communicate key findings and best practices to improve overall team effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within a digital media, publishing, or social-first company.

Strong understanding of Facebook algorithms, content trends, and analytics tools.

Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform content decisions.

Experience with social media scheduling and publishing tools.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
