Job summary

Blue Zoo Production is seeking a CG Supervisor for a feature film, starting Autumn 2026. The role requires guiding the CG pipeline from asset build to final render, and maintaining alignment with directors and art direction.

You will lead multiple departments, ensure technical and creative standards, and collaborate with lighting, FX and environment teams to deliver a cohesive look for the project. Flexible hybrid/remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Strong artistic eye with cinematic storytelling.
• Extensive experience across the full CG pipeline.
• Experience leading in a feature animation pipeline.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end CG pipeline from asset build to final lighting and compositing.
• Translate 2D design intent into fully realized 3D worlds and frames.
• Provide leadership to Leads and Supervisors and brief clients when needed.
• Coordinate with Directors, Art Director and HoDs to align style and tech.
• Ensure cross-department integration of environments, FX and DMP workflows.
• Maintain clear communication on timelines, resources and risk mitigation.
