The Role of a Lead CCTV Drainage Engineer

Are you an experienced Drainage Engineer with five or more years of experience, seeking career progression as a Lead CCTV Drainage Engineer?

Are you familiar with Wincan VX software?

We are currently hiring a Lead CCTV Drainage Engineer to join our Remedials team. The primary responsibility is to conduct comprehensive site drainage CCTV surveys at nationwide commercial and industrial sites.

This is a full-time PAYE position, involving a 50-hour workweek, with overtime and weekend work available. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, days, weekends, and availability for callouts, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed CCTV drain surveys at various sites nationwide.
• Report on defects, pipe conditions, design issues, and misconnections in underground drainage systems.
• Create site drainage plans, identifying defects and issues, cross-referenced with CCTV survey data.
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site.
• Drive a company vehicle and supervise an Assistant Surveyor.

The Person

• Valid full clean driving license.
• Minimum of five years' experience in the drainage industry.
• Experience as a Lead CCTV Drainage Engineer is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Wincan VX software.
• OS19x or higher is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to identify configuration and design issues within internal drainage systems.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge in internal and external investigation works.
