A leading care provider in Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking a passionate catering professional to develop recipes and provide high-quality meals for residents. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and monitor service standards. Ideal candidates will have catering experience and Level 2/3 qualifications. This role offers competitive pay and various benefits including enhanced pay for bank holidays and training opportunities.
£13.60 per hour
One vacancy for 30 hours per week
This role is where it all starts. You will report to and work with the Bistro and Catering Manager (BCM) developing recipes within the Village to meet the dietary requirements of our residents.
Delivering high-quality meals is essential to our residents as this could be one of their highlights of the day. You will need to ensure that all meals are wholesome, nutritional, flavoursome, and appetising to encourage residents to enjoy their home-cooked meals. Your responsibilities include:

You will have a passion for food, creativity, drive, and a commitment to delivering high standards. You should be able to train, develop, encourage, and support your team. Following all health and safety guidelines is crucial to ensure your department is well-led and safe. Level 2/3 Catering qualifications are desirable.
