Job summary

Lloyd's Register International is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead the care team and ensure a safe, effective, and efficient care service for residents. You will act as a role model for good governance and maintain accurate clinical and care records and communication systems.

The role requires teamwork, empathy, and the ability to supervise staff, with an ideal background in Health and Social Care at NVQ Level 3 or willingness to pursue it.

Qualifications

• Ideally hold a S/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Adults).
• Experience at that level or willingness to undertake Level 3 qualification.
