Job summary

Remedicare Fleet is seeking a strong Residential Care Team Leader to help run a comfortable residential care home for up to 30 elderly residents. The role is full-time and permanent, with shifts offering flexibility between long and short days and a starting hourly rate of £14.50–£15.00, paid breaks.

The successful candidate will have Deputy Care Manager or Team Leader experience, NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and be capable of supervising staff, carrying out audits, and liaising with

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care minimum.
• Medication trained.
• Experience in a Care Home environment.
• Shift leading and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Shift leading and ensuring a high quality of care provision.
• Care plans writing, reviews and meetings with both residents and their family members where appropriate.
• Working on the floor and acting as a key link between Senior Carers and the Home Manager.
