Availability:

• 3-4 days availability between Monday and Friday
• Every other weekend availability

Your Role as a Lead Care Professional:

Essential Criteria:

• Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week and be available every other weekend.
• Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car, with business insurance.
• Minimum of 1 year paid care experience in the UK.
• Administration experience is desirable.
• Flexibility with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional quality of care.
• Ability to coach and mentor care professionals
