Permanent role
Salary: Competitive salary, dependent on experience & benefits package
Full Time: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm with On-call requirement

The role of Lead Cardiothoracic Physiotherapist is critical to achieving this ambition.
The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of first-class patient outcomes and experience at the highest professional and clinical standards. They will take a lead governance role across this service ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory bodies. They will also be required to maintain a clinical caseload and participate in the cardiothoracic on-call service.

Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role:
You are a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist able to undertake all aspects of your clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner. You will provide a client-centred and evidence-based service to adult in- and outpatients in your specialty which will include outpatient and inpatient referrals across all hospital wards and external referrals within your field. You will promote a cohesive, dynamic, and coordinated Cardiothoracic Physiotherapy team respected and valued by the wider MDT.
