Job summary

AXA XL in London is seeking a Senior Capital Actuary (Division) to lead the Capital Modelling team within the Actuarial Risk Center of Excellence. You will develop and govern AXA XL's internal capital model, collaborate with stakeholders across AXA XL and AXA Group, and drive robust capital outputs.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in capital modelling for P&C insurers.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with model governance.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and interact with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and govern the internal capital model for the division.
• Oversee validation and inputs, ensure regulatory alignment (Solvency II/ BSCR).
• Lead a team of three capital modellers and coach their growth.
• Collaborate with ceded reinsurance and other groups to improve modelling.
• Present outputs to stakeholders and support actuarial investigations.
