Your role

We are looking for a full-time Lead Cancer Nurse to join our team. You will be registered with the appropriate governing body, plus you will bring the qualifications and experience that are relevant to your registration. You also have significant experience in Oncology and leading an innovative service.

The Lead Cancer Nurse will provide strong clinical leadership to the nursing team, assuming overall accountability for clinical effectiveness and operational management in order to deliver the highest quality patient care. As a core member of the senior clinical team, you will support the development and implementation of local strategy and championing clinical standards.

Benefits

• Annual Salary: £68,000 per annum
• Annual leave of 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years' service)
• Pension: You will be auto-enrolled from day 1 at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will also contribute 6%.
