Job summary

Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a substantive Consultant Psychiatrist for the CAMHS service. The post involves clinical leadership of a multidisciplinary team and supervision of staff across sites, with optional base at Buxton and an extra SPA time for Care Unit support.

The role requires a CCT in child and adolescent psychiatry, MRCPsych or equivalent, GMC registration and a strong track record in working with young people and families.

Qualifications

• Clinical supervision experience or skills.
• Basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for the CAMHS team.
• Work in a multi-disciplinary team alongside highly experienced staff.
• Undertake defined Care Unit support within the additional SPA time.
