Qualifications

• Must hold Full GMC registration and inclusion on the Specialist Register.
• CAMHS CCT or equivalent CESR is required for CAMHS consultant role.
• Strong leadership and governance experience in mental health settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Consultant and Responsible Clinician, leading patient care planning and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Assess and manage complex cases, chair MDT/CPA meetings, liaise with patients, families and external stakeholders.
• Provide clinical leadership alongside the Ward Manager, ensuring regulatory and organisational standards are met.
• Contribute to governance and quality improvement through ward, CAMHS, and service development meetings.
