North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 7 Lead Occupational Therapist to join The Beacon Centre, our Tier 4 CAMHS inpatient service for young people with complex mental health needs. You will provide clinical and operational leadership across the service, shaping occupational therapy practice and driving improvement with the MDT.

The role requires HCPC registration and substantial post‑registration experience in mental health, with leadership, supervision and an emphasis

Formación

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Post-registration experience in mental health.
• Experience of leadership, supervision and workforce development.
• Experience with MOHO and MOHOST.
• Experience in child and adolescent psychiatry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Occupational Therapy services within a specialist Tier 4 CAMHS setting.
• Shape innovative, occupation-focused and evidence-based practice.
• Influence service development and strategic decision-making.
• Lead and develop a skilled Occupational Therapy workforce.
• Drive quality improvement, service evaluation and research activity.
• Work alongside experienced professionals across nursing, psychology, psychiatry, family therapy, social work and education.
