• Lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering tailored, evidence-based treatment pathways for young people with eating disorders.
• Ensure governance, risk management and service improvement are robust.
• Implement NHS Long Term Plan and NICE Quality Standards within the Trust.
• Oversee audits, evaluations of service delivery and development plans.
• Provide staff support, advice and professional leadership.
