Role At a Glance

Lead Software Developer

Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire (Office Based 2-3 Days Per Week / Hybrid)
Salary: £75,000 + Up to £5,000 Bonus

Your Background / Skills: C#, Delphi (ideally), Front End Development, HTML, JavaScript, Line Management.

The Opportunity
What your day-to-day might look like:

• Developing back-end systems in C# and Delphi based on customer requirements
• Contributing to front-end development using HTML and JavaScript
• Line managing other developers, mentoring, and engagement
• Participating in the entire software development lifecycle
• Overseeing internal development monitoring systems
• Leading and implementing internal development processes
• Contributing to ad-hoc projects as needed

About You

• At least 5 years of senior development experience, Delphi experience a significant benefit
• Line management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or comparable qualification
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Creative, self-driven, and a team player
• Confident in dealing with stakeholders including team leaders, customers, and senior management
