- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and deliver high-quality consulting outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience in workflow design and customization within Charles River OMS.
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and front-to-back processes across multiple asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, etc.).
- Proven experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional/technical specs.
- Hands-on development or scripting experience in C#, Python, and/or Java in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with SQL (T-SQL or PL/SQL) for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with integration protocols including FIX, Bloomberg Trading, and OMGEO/CTM.
- Working knowledge of Portfolio Management Systems, Security Master, and P&L/Accounting Data is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently in a client-facing role.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with exotic derivatives and/or structured products.
- Experience with Factset’s Portware (EMS).
- Previous consulting experience or ability to thrive in a multi-client, fast-paced environment.
