We are looking for a Lead Business Architect to drive enterprise-wide business architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment between business strategy, technology solutions, and operational capabilities. You will serve as a functional translator between technical and non-technical areas of the business, providing timely architectural designs and assurance.

Location: Winchester (Hybrid working)

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain the business capability model to align with strategic objectives.
2. Define and implement business architecture frameworks, governance, and best practices.
3. Ensure proper conduct of business with guidance and equitable resource use to sustain our business strategy, emphasizing values like transparency, accountability, and fairness.
4. Define and maintain meaningful KPIs for the organization.
5. Ensure solutions meet business requirements considering value, scalability, and supportability.
6. Maintain key artifacts such as principles, strategies, policies/standards, and designs.
7. Conduct Business Impact Assessments to evaluate potential effects of solutions.
8. Identify and understand existing business processes and solutions.

Key Requirements

1. Approximately 8+ years of experience in business roles, enterprise change, or strategy consulting.
2. Awareness of a broad range of OT and IT technology solutions.
3. Understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities, especially in FMCG or CPG sectors.
4. Experience with enterprise systems, program, and demand management.
5. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
6. Knowledge of business capability modeling, BPMN, process frameworks, and operating models (desirable).
7. Certifications such as TOGAF, BIZBOK, Lean Six Sigma, Agile are a plus.
