Lead Business and Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Work within an open atmosphere with frequent collaboration between team members
2. Supervise a team of business and data specialists focused on a specific vertical
3. Participate in planning processes and allocation of team members to projects
4. Develop and manage best practices, checklists, KPIs, and procedures for the development team
5. Mentor and lead new business and data specialists
6. Coordinate with other team members to provide training and onboarding for new or existing team members
7. Be a domain expert in 3D Cloud database structure and content workflow across multiple products (product configurators, room planners, etc.)
8. Familiarize with at least 5 client catalogs, understanding every detail of their product assortment
9. Accurately define client SKU product scope to implement product assortment
10. Ensure data work is consistently correct and functions as intended
11. Be recognized as an expert by ADs with complex datasets and large data volumes
12. Handle new complex projects in new categories confidently
13. Meet deadlines consistently and communicate regularly with leadership
14. Manage multiple data projects simultaneously
15. Address content and technical issues promptly
16. Maintain constant communication with project managers and content teams to understand data scope and requirements
17. Provide accurate status updates on data work across clients to inform daily planning
18. Contribute significantly to the Tree of Knowledge documentation
19. Be an expert in Excel and Google Sheets
20. Proficient in working with SQL databases
