Role Overview

An exciting opportunity awaits at a leading financial services firm near Northampton for a Lead Business Analyst. In this role, you’ll oversee a team of Business Analysts and Testers, with a primary focus on driving Business Change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce, a solid background in the full project lifecycle within Financial Services, and familiarity with various methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps.

• Highly desirable qualifications: Business Analysis (ISEB, Lean/Six Sigma) and Project Management (Prince 2)
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies
