We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our group Transformation and Change team. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will take ownership of shaping the bigger picture through to delivering detailed business designs, processes, and functionality that support the business needs within the agreed time-scales and quality.

With the opportunity to work across the entire Royal London business, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success. Your in-depth industry understanding and strong analytical skills will enable you to provide valuable insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.

About the role

  • Lead analysis on large and/or complex change initiatives
  • Support analysts by providing direction and guidance on analysis approach and outputs
  • Proficient in planning analysis for your project, tracking progress, and re-planning as needed
  • Maintain excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Manage multiple pieces of work simultaneously
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions
  • Create detailed documentation for all analysis outputs including project plans, scope, business requirements, process maps, options papers, etc., to a high standard

About you

  • Experience in disciplines such as Marketing, Commercial, Life & Pensions, Data Solutions, or Investments
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with various business analysis techniques, tools, and standards
  • Understanding of business structure and key principles
  • Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining relationships
  • Ability to manage your workload and support colleagues effectively
  • Deep knowledge of your area of specialization (where appropriate)
  • A self-starter with a strong delivery focus, comfortable working in fast-paced environments
